Bug Fixes

  • LAB-934, LAB-760 - Minor adjustments to exported reports formatting. (NUV)

  • LAB-946 - Alert should display only when there is confidential data. (V)

  • LAB-1254 - Completion time should equal Mark as Complete, not opened (V)

  • LAB-1670 - 2nd to final sign-off chain users signature tab not displaying reports. (NUV)

Feature Enhancement

  • LAB-1291 - Users required to reset filters with access changes. We are excited to release Dynamic filters on the Instrument Page. These filters will extend to other pages of the system in future releases.

Steps for Validation

LAB-946 - Alert should display only when there is confidential data

Note: The user performing these steps should not have access to confidential data.

  1. Menu>Reports>Monthly Reports or Maintenance Logs

  2. Select a report or maintenance log that contains confidential data.

  3. Export the report or maintenance log.

  4. The below alert should not appear.
    ​

  5. Repeat steps 1-4 selecting a report or maintenance log with confidential data. The above alert should appear in this scenario.

LAB-1254 - Completion time should equal Mark as Complete, not opened

  1. Select an instrument tile

  2. Select a task to expand it. Note the time.

  3. After 1 or more minutes, select the Mark as Complete button. Note this time.

  4. Click on the Reports tab.

  5. Click on the √ for the completed task.

  6. View the completed date and time.

  7. The time Mark as Complete was selected should be the documented completion time for the task.

LAB-1291 - Users required to reset filters with access changes.

We are exited to release Dynamic filters on the Instrument Page. These filters will extend to other pages of the system in future releases.

  1. Select an filter. You can now begin typing the name of the site, department, etc. that you are needing instead of scrolling and searching.

  2. Navigate to Administration>Users Tab

  3. Select your user profile.

  4. Remove access to a bench or department.

  5. Select Save

  6. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  7. Review the filters. No filters should be selected.

  8. Review the instruments and tasks. Instruments within the department or bench that was de-selected for access should not display.

  9. Repeat steps 3-6 but select the bench or department that was de-selected previously to restore your access.
