Steps for Validation
ELL-1055/LAB-219
Select Menu Icon
Click on your name
Click Create Pin
Enter New Pin and Confirm Pin
Select Create Pin
Select Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Give user access to view confidential data.
Select Menu Icon
Select Administration
Select Users Tab
Select Edit
Place √ in box
Select Save
Classify Data Fields as Confidential
Select Menu Icon
Select Administration
Select Instruments Tab
Select the Instrument you need
Select Edit beside the Instrument Type name
Select Edit or Update beside the maintenance task that will contain confidential data
Locate the data field(s) that will contain the confidential data and place a √ in the box.
Select Save Task
Select Finish
View of restricted confidential data
Select Menu
Select Reports
Select Maintenance Logs
Select Task performed with Confidential data
Data will be displayed with XXXX for users without access.
