Bug Fixes

  • LAB-712, LAB-1072/ELL-1266, ELL-1265, ELL-1433 - Links in Report Exports Does Not Work

  • LAB-1152/ELL-1412 - Tags should display full name and search for all tags

New Feature

  • ELL-1438 - Download Button for Signed Monthly Reports

Steps for Validation

LAB-712, LAB-1072 - Links in Report Exports Does Not Work

  1. Menu>Reports>Monthly Reports or Maintenance Logs

  2. Select a report or maintenance log that contains a file attachment.

  3. Export the report or maintenance log.

  4. Click on the hyperlink for the file in the exported PDF.

  5. The link opens a window to download the file. (If the user isn't logged into Lab Logs, he system will require you to login during this process.)

  6. Navigate back to the dashboard by clicking on the ell Logo.

LAB-1152/ELL-1412 - Tags should display full name and search for all tags

  1. Menu>Instruments

  2. Click in the "Tags" Filter

  3. Begin to enter a Tag within the database

  4. The full name will now display in the box.

ELL-1438 - Download Button for Signed Monthly Reports

2. Click "View Now"

3. Click "Export Data" and notice the exported report does not have signatures.

4. Click "Sign Now"

5. Click "Sign Now"

6. Enter a comment.

7. Click "Sign Now"

8. Click "Submit"

9. The Signed report will begin to generate.

10. You can download the report from here.

11. Or, Select "Report Summary"

12. The Export Data button has changed to Download. If the button is selected, the final and signed report will be downloaded.

Tip: The following Steps will apply to Reports that were completed prior to 3/25/25.

13. Click "View Now" on a Completed Report.

14. Click "Export Data"

15. Click "Yes"

16. The report can be downloaded by clicking here.

17. The next time the report is viewed, the Download button will display.

*Release date = the date a version was released into the Production environment. Each Lab Logs environment will display the release date as the date the version was deployed into that environment.
