Miscellaneous Bug Fixes:

ELL-1082 - Add "Co-view" capability to Intercom.

ELL-1079 - Resolved issues where logger comments were being displayed incorrectly.

ELL-1073 - Minor performance improvements to the reporting module.

ELL-866 - Fixed an issue where modals were being displayed even after user was logged out.

ELL-974 - Fixed an issue where the "Online" status was being overwritten with an older instrument status after being updated.

ELL-972 - Fixed spelling case for "Lots" in various places.
