ELL-1019 - Alerts Tab is now Deprecated

After gathering feedback from all users via survey, it became clear the Alerts tab was used very little, if at all. To give our users the fastest performance when loading the dashboard, it has been removed.

Steps to Validate:

  1. Logon as any user (this will take you to the User Dashboard)

  2. Verify that the User only has

    1. 2 Tabs ("Tasks" and "Non-Compliance")
      OR

    2. 3 Tabs ("Tasks", "Non-Compliance" and "Signatures)

ELL-1007 - Renamed "No Patient Testing" action buttons to be more generic (now renamed to "No Testing").

Steps to Validate:

  1. Navigate to Instruments page.

  2. Select an instrument that has scheduled tasks to perform.

  3. Open the task and view that the "No Patient Testing" button label has changed to "No Testing".

ELL-1009 - Re-ordered Maintenance Tasks on admin module to be ordered in the manner in which they were specified during setup.

For the "default" ordering, preserve the order of instruments across both scheduled and unscheduled tasks.

Steps to Validate:

  1. logon as an Administrator

  2. Navigate to Administration Module.

  3. Click the Instruments tab.

  4. Find or configure an instrument to have 3 tasks. 2 tasks should have a regularly scheduled frequency, one should be "unscheduled.

  5. Once tasks are created, navigate to the Instruments page.

  6. search for the instrument you modified in step 4.

  7. Click the "Default" sort order.

  8. Verify that all tasks display as one group, and there is no delineation between scheduled and unscheduled tasks.

ELL-1021- Task Acceptance Criterion should wrap to the next line.

Tasks with an exceptionally long list of acceptance criterion will now wrap, instead of being listed off the page.

Steps to Validate:

  1. Logon as Administrator.

  2. Navigate to Administration Module.

  3. Click the Instruments tab.

  4. Select an existing instrument type from the list.

  5. Click "Edit" next to the instrument type button.

  6. Scroll to the bottom and click "Add Maintenance Task".

  7. Add an instrument task name and make note of the name, for later.

  8. Select "Unscheduled" as the frequency.

  9. Scroll to the bottom and enter enter at least 10 data fields of type "Text". Make sure to name each data field something with 50 characters or more.

  10. Make note of your instrument type and instrument name, and click "Save Task".

  11. Navigate to the Instruments Page.

  12. Search for your instrument.

  13. Click on the Instrument and scroll down to unscheduled/custom tasks at the bottom.

  14. Find the maintenance task you created earlier and verify that the data fields added are wrapping to the next line, as shown in the screenshot above.
