Create and Add a Timed Frequency to Maintenance Task

A step-by-step process for adding a timed maintenance task to an instrument type, ensuring that users can manage and schedule maintenance activities.

**The v1 Feature Flag must be enabled on your account for this feature to be available. You much be an Admin user to complete these steps.**

2. Click the Menu Icon.

3. Click "ADMINISTRATION"

4. Click "Instruments"

5. Select an Instrument Type

6. Click "Edit" beside the Instrument Type name

7. Click "Add Maintenance Task"

8. Enter the Task Name

9. Click "Select a type"

10. Click "Timed"

11. Click "Select a Frequency or Create a new one"

12. Click the "Search" field.

13. Search for the frequency you need before creating new one. Ex: enter Daily, Weekly, Month in the search box. If it is not found, proceed to the next step.

14. Click "Select a Frequency or Create a new one"

15. Click "New"

16. Enter the Numeric value. 1,2,3

17. Select the interval. Minutes, Hours, Days etc.

18. Enter the numeric value for Lead Time.

19. Select the needed option.

20. Enter the numeric value for Overdue Time.

21. Select the needed option.

22. Select the Name Field field to enter a customized name for the frequency. This step is not required.

23. Enter the customized frequency name.

24. Click "Save Task"

25. Notice the customized name is displayed for the task.

26. Click "Finish"

27. Click "Yes"
